To lead and manage Visual Merchandising executives within the region including supervising, training and developing. Set detailed norms for the standardization of product presentation and visual excitement. Planning, conceptualizing and communicating visual merchandising activities including New Season window design, Props design and seasonal themes for all stores. Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes. Visiting branches to coach store teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept.
